Mobile Health is looking for a Client Service Representative/Tier 2 Support team member to help us continue on our mission to change the healthcare system.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
  • Validate reported issue by testing and providing accurate details to internal technical partners to bring about resolution swiftly and accurately
  • Monitor ongoing issues internally and report externally, by keeping a log that is shared with the client twice weekly
  • Be prepared to discuss resolution and status of issues on a weekly client call
  • Analyze and report product or configuration errors by proactively testing different scenarios or impersonating users for assigned business
  • Help to monitor error logs to proactively identify any potential issue that may affect end users
  • Provide technical support for administrative portal users
  • Upload and provision new users
  • Work with Engineering to make sure users have access to the correct environments
  • Troubleshoot password issues and provide reset passwords to users as needed

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal, presenting and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite
  • Experience describing technical problems with precision
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work for internal partners
  • Ability to collaborate and strategize closely with team members in service to client and end users

Job Location

  • Majority of job function will be conducted from a home office location
  • Occasional travel to client site locations across the United States may be required

Salary Range

  • $65,000-$80,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
