• Minimum of 3-5 years administrative or laboratory support with increasing level of responsibility

Are you looking for a customer service job position? And do you have chemistry or life science college level education? We are seeking a candidate that would be interested in assisting our client that is in the wine industry.

This is a hybrid role of customer service /administrative and having laboratory experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of office administration, to include ensuring that the office is opened on time and that staff are available for after-hours deliveries, as required. Along with This overseeing administrative, accounting, and laboratory files, and maintaining an inventory of critical office supplies.

Essential on the job responsibilities will include:

• Serves as the first contact for clients regarding incoming samples, container/courier orders, and project status questions.
• Maintains lab work files and tracking lists, including supervision of incoming chain-of-custody documents cover letters.
• Assembles and mails laboratory report packages from approved report files, prepares draft invoices for review and final invoices.
• Assists in the production of technical work products or services on an as needed basis.
