Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls from patients to determine requirements, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
· Fulfill requests and maintain patient records
· Respond to emails
· Provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- 1+ years in customer service
- Call center experience is a plus
- Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge is a plus
Details:
· Full Time, M-F 8:30am-5pm
· Pay: $14-15/hr based on experience
· Location: Avondale, PA
