Beloit Health Systems is looking for a Clinic Office Assistant for our Occupational Health Clinic located in Beloit, WI. This is a great Monday- Friday position, with the possibility of some Saturday hours.

As a Clinic Office Assistant you will schedule patients, take messages, register patients, update patient information, assist with drug screening, and assist with various other duties.
Required:
- High School Diploma required
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Great communication skills
- Require BLS within 3 months of hire
