Position Summary
The Clinical Coordinator Assistant will assist the Director of Clinical Education and Clinical Coordinators in developing new clinical sites for the clinical year physician assistant students as well as in maintaining current sites. This individual will ensure that all clinical year students have appropriate certifications, immunizations, health screens and clearances necessary for clinical rotations and will complete clinical site onboarding, as well as obtain affiliation agreements as required by the clinical affiliate. The Clinical Coordinator Assistant will maintain appropriate records and collect necessary data for accreditation maintenance.
Must be able to support and promote the University’s Mission.
Required Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience with data collection.
Skills: Must have excellent time management and organizational skills; excellent communication skills, both written and oral; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; the ability to maintain confidentiality of department records and student information; the ability and willingness to work with others and the ability to effectively delegate tasks to student workers.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with an accredited academic program and/or working in healthcare administration and/or hospital systems.
