This position is eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus based on FTE. ($5,000 paid after 6 months of service with remainder paid after 12 months of service)


Salary Range


Dependent upon qualifications:

$54,050.59 - $121,744.74
(will be adjusted based on FTE)

Position Summary

Responsible for conducting psychological evaluations concerning clinical and appropriate court-related issues (i.e., child and adult protection, psychosexual evaluations, and risk assessments for court, corrections and county referred examinees, including related consultation). Also responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing ongoing psychotherapy for outpatient mental health services, as may be necessary to maximize billing capacity. Acts in a supportive role for the Doctoral Internship program, and if appropriate, acts in a supervisory role with one of the practicum students.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Doctorate Degree in psychology and MN state license eligible within 12 months required.
  • Eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities upon licensure.
  • Interest in training to be a supervisor.
  • Interest in forensic assessment training.
  • Outpatient clinical experience.
  • Psychological Assessment experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctorate, licensure, and history of significant and continuous training in forensic and clinical areas
  • Trained in Dialectic Behavior Therapy
  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
  • Experience in a variety of psychological evaluations specific to program assignment including forensic
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
