As the Clinical Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability for Medsien products, services and processes. You will lead a team of specialists who are empowered to support our internal teams in achieving and maintaining top-level performance.

You will work closely with the clinical operations team to:

  • Implement a quality program including processes, procedures, and tooling with an aim to accurately and effectively assess patient interactions
  • Set key performance indicators for the clinical team to measure their work and hold them accountable to achieving great results
  • Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team, clinical team, and other appropriate staff

This is a remote position.


What you should have

  • 10+ years of experience building and leading QA teams, preferably in the healthcare industry and direct patient care
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance standard processes and methodologies
  • Remarkable analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Relentless and creative problem solver
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in management, business, or a related field of study
