We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our team! The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding clinical staff to work at various practices within Community Care Physicians. This position will work closely with Community Care’s Human Resources leadership to identify recruitment priorities and place candidates who fit the needs of open positions in assigned programs. This position develops recruitment strategies, cultivates relationships, and administers clinical recruiting and selection activities, including but not limited to, reviewing resumes, interviewing, communications with applicant and hiring manager(s). The Clinical Recruiter will also represent Community Care Physicians at career fairs, virtually and in person, as needed.

Responsibilities:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.

Works closely with HR leadership and Practice Management to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top clinical talent.

Executes recruitment sourcing strategies to ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads/candidates into key pipelines and requisitions.

Performs advanced sourcing through various mediums including external database mining, networking, associations, universities, community agencies, social media, referrals, online and traditional directories as well as other innovative sourcing methods.

Continually evaluates sourcing strategies and relationships.

Stays well-informed on current and emerging technologies to proactively identify new tools for identifying qualified talent.

Screens applications and selects qualified clinical candidates.

Schedules clinical interviews; oversees preparation of clinical interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

Works with Managers and key team members to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions with supportive hiring criteria.

Enters and maintains accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System including but not limited to: job posting content, applicant tracking and response, I-9 verification and other required data.

Works with identified members of the HR and Marketing teams to ensure optimal advertising of the open positions based on the needs of the organization.

Develops and maintains a network and database of potential candidates for future consideration, including pipeline of passive candidates.

Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resources staff during the offer process; identifies and recommends salary range and coordinates incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

Works in collaboration with the Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding and orientation of all new hires ensuring an optimal experience for each.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field plus a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, with a primary focus on and demonstrated success with clinical position placement.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
Adaptable and flexible to shift tasks on notice.
Work experience with ATS; ADP preferred. ADP Vantage a plus.
An out-of-the-box thinker to provide unique sourcing ideas to successfully recruit candidates.
Solid understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
Ability to manage all phases of the clinical recruitment and hiring processes.
