JOB TITLE: Clinical Recruiter

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Workforce Management, the Clinical Recruitment Generalist is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy. The Clinical Recruitment Generalist leads and implements Talent Management strategies, systems, processes, and structures that align with the overall mission, vision, and values of Gulfside Healthcare Services and acquires talent within standard hiring timeframes; builds and executes quality selection processes; and delivers high quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Responsible for staying current on employment law, industry news, trends and best practices related to all facets of talent acquisition, including talent sourcing trends, clinical recruiting strategies, developing critical recruitment programs by monitoring national and local workforce hiring trends and Gulfside Healthcare Services staffing needs.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
  • Certification through CEBS, SHRM, HRCI or related benefits organization preferred
  • Minimum (5) five years of proven clinical recruitment and talent acquisition experience including the full life cycle recruitment experience, with advance knowledge of advertising algorithms and sourcing.
  • Strong proven knowledge of HR and Employment laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience with HR functions of clinical operations, schedules, compensation practices.
  • Expert level knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG Preferred.
  • Healthcare / Clinical Recruitment Experience Preferred
  • Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group / UltiPro HRIS) preferred
  • Excellent communicator, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute creative talent acquisition strategies to successfully fill open positions to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Achieves recruitment results by approaching the talent market with innovative job advertisements, sourcing strategies and employment branding initiatives
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business operations, workforce characteristics, and talent needs.
  • Create a regular cadence with key internal stakeholders to discuss results of action plans and progress of filling open positions.
  • Ensure the recruiting technology and processes are designed to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and seamless, easy to use functionality for our managers and talent team.
  • Builds and fosters positive relationships with organizational leaders through education and execution of all steps of the recruitment, onboarding and retention process.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Manages the recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.), the onboarding process and analyses processes for improvement and use of electronic workflows.
  • Organize and attend career fairs, partner with schools and assessment centers and other talent acquisition events
  • Use HRIS reporting metrics to create weekly KPI talent acquisition reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Maximize use of HRIS (UKG) and ATS (UKG Recruitment Module) and electronic workflows
  • Review and plan enhancements for improving the total candidate and new hire experience
  • Manages contracts with external recruitment partners and sources new options for recommendation
  • Ensures compliance with all facets of employment law and best practice
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
