Responsibilities of the Clinical Services Coordinator:

The Clinical Services Coordinator is responsible for the direct oversight of the center’s Unit Coordinator, Home Care Coordinator, Registered Nurses and contracted providers as well as onboarding, employee engagement and retention. They will monitor job performance and staff retention. The successful candidate will fully understand and demonstrate commitment to the mission of Senior LIFE through daily communication with members, families, community and staff. Building a trusting relationship with each member/family/caregiver by being available, listening, communicating, and educating, via every available forum such as the day center, home visits, phone calls, scheduled, and unscheduled clinical appointments, etc. is also a key role of the Clinical Services Coordinator.

Candidates must have five years of management experience with at least two years within a healthcare environment, a Bachelor’s degree within a related field and a current PA driver’s license is required.

Vaccination from covid-19 is a condition for hiring. A request for exemption can be submitted and will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.
