Clinical Supervisor of School Based Services Job at Access-Supports for Living
Location: New Rochelle, NY
Hours: M-F 830 am to 430 pm
Salary: $80,000 plus ($5,000 Pay-To-Stay Bonus)
LCSW Required
STAFFING:
Provide individual and group supervision for supervisees.
Facilitate administrative staff meetings as needed.
Complete performance evaluations for all supervisees and related documentation.
Review and approve time sheets as well as schedules/schedule changes, including time off requests, coordinating necessary coverage.
CLINICAL:
Provide clinical oversight including caseload management and clinical supervision and training.
Monitor high- and at-risk cases and provide related crisis intervention.
Ensure appropriate reporting to CPS, Justice Center, Probation, OMH, SAFE ACT, TGCW Compliance Officer, TGCW Administration as needed.
Review and monitor medical records intermittently during care and in preparation for case closure.
Provide individual, family and/or group psychotherapy to a small caseload of clients.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Monitor productivity of supervisees and develop strategies to improve/maintain site targets.
Maintain effective working relationships with school hosting sites.
Attend internal and external meetings.
Maintain awareness of OMH regulations and standards of care.
Participate in internal and external audits and quality assurance activities.
