- Must Have Skills: ServiceNow IT Service Management/ ITOM/ITAM, CSDM, BSM, Discovery
- Strong Discovery knowledge within ServiceNow
- Ability to define process and architect the CMDB for Infra and Application services.
- Someone well versed with Business Service Mapping – Maintenance and management.
- Exposure to CSDM will be an added advantage.
