Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time CNA/Care Partners for 2nd shift (3-11 pm), including alternating weekends. Somerfield at The Heritage is a 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility on the beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood in TN. We offer a lifestyle of dignity, comfort, support and activity, while providing families with peace of mind.

Job Responsibilities

· As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents.

· Administers care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.

· Helps residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.

· Feeds residents and ensures taking their medications.

· Monitors resident vital signs.

Qualifications

· Active CNA certification in Tennessee required

· Prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.

· Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or approved exemption required
