Atlantic Shores Rehabilitation & Health Center is a long term care facility with an outstanding reputation in the community for providing quality care. We are currently seeking part-time Weekend Warrior Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to join our growing team.
We are looking for C.N.A.'s who are willing to commit to working every weekend and they will earn the premium pay rate.
** Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Delaware**
Job Duties:
- The CNA provides personal care functions to residents
- The Certified Nurse Aide performs basic nursing assistant care procedures for residents as required
- The Certified Nurse Aide creates a clean, comfortable and safe environment for residents and assure that their needs are met
- The CNA ensures that resident's food service needs are met in timely and compassionate manner
- The Certified Nurse Aide maintains resident documentation records for activities of daily living, restorative programs, and resident specific forms
- The CNA maintains and works within established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, and safety, environmental and infection control standards
- The Certified Nurse Aide attends and participates in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain certification and enhance quality of care
- The CNA performs other related activities as assigned or requested
