CNC Supervisor Job at Sussek Machine Company
We are seeking a Energetic.. Bilingual in Spanish.... Experience CNC Machinist who has previous experience in a supervisor role. Who Enjoy working 2nd shift !
This position will be responsible for:
- Supervisor will work with scheduling in assign Entry Level to Skilled Machinist to meet the daily needs of the customers
- Monitor employees overall performance, assist them in getting paperwork and/or helping locate product needed,
- Supervisor will investigate and assist with troubleshooting problems during the machining process and report findings
- Effectively Communicate between shift Supervisors to assist in the follow shift being setup for success
- Supervisor will perform labor edits as needed, work with HR for disciplinary action as required in holding employees accountable, reporting quality spills and/or machine downtime.
- Responsible for the plant facilities and the safety of employees during the shift
Qualifications
- 5 Plus years of CNC Machinist Experience in Lathe and Mills
- 5 Plus Years of Supervisory experience in a CNC Facility
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Able to work 2nd shift 3pm t0 11pm, with some Saturday work required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
