Collections Specialist Job at Pacifica Companies
Responsibilities:
· Collections Specialist id responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt.
· Identifying accounts with overdue payments and keeping records of the amount owed and the length of the delinquency.
*Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Increase the collection of outstanding payments within our personal finance department, as an individual contributor in the collections process
· Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to help bring their loan to a current status
· Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
· Outbound/Inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed
· All in compliance with collections policies and procedures
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
· 3-5 years of direct experience in credit and collections; negotiation and persuasion tools
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
· Team Player
· Professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
- Hybrid home and office
- 8 hour shift: flexible, 10am-7pm OR 11am-8pm
- Tuesday-Saturday
