Description:

Looking for an experienced carpenter to join a prominent commercial builder in Houlton, WI. The company specializes in commercial remodels and new builds. Commercial experience is not required, will look at someone with strong residential experience as well. Projects are up and down the St. Croix River. Vadnais Heights, Western Wisconsin, St. Paul area. Report directly to site, or meet at the shop.

Looking for an experienced carpenter who can work independently and take direction on commercial projects. Both remodel and new builds. (Theatres, Crumbl Cookies, Subways, new build and remodel).

Mostly interior work, must be open to exterior as well. Power tools provided for by the company!

Carpenter Responsibilities:

• Hands-on carpentry, ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate progress, potential changes, and problems effectively with foreman/PM
• Walls, floors, door frames, staircases
• Interior finish and trim, remodels and repairs
• Work independently AND be open to guidance/direction

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience

- General Framing - (walls, floors, and door frames)

• Build staircases
• Install windows, doors, and siding
• Install interior finish and trim
• remodeling/repairs
• High-end remodel work preferred
