Commercial Loan Officer Job at NPAworldwide
The Commercial Loan Officer will need to have local experience in the Northern Virginia market which includes Fairfax, Prince William and Loudoun Counties. Concentration on C&I not CRE. Build, develop and manage new and existing client relationships. Coordinate loan, deposit and fee income products and services appropriate to the needs of the client. Ideal candidate would be mid to senior level and be capable of building a team.
Qualifications:
Candidates for the Commercial Loan Officer positions would have a BS, at least 5 years on the line. Credit skills and knowledge of the N.VA/Washington DC market. Ability and experience sourcing credit opportunies, negotiatiating mutually agreeable terms, navigating the credit underwriting and approval process, documenting the loan and executing the closing.
