In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, Universal Contracting & Solar is looking for a reliable, trustworthy Roofing Field Supervisor with experience installing or inspecting COMMERCIAL AND MULTIFAMILY roofing. We are a high-volume roofing company with a team environment. We provide industry-leading wages depending on experience including Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Insurance and more. Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee construction job sites to ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Use Acculynx to update and track small to large scale residential, commercial and multi-family roofing and exterior projects.
• Act as the in-field liaison between the customer, production team, crew, and suppliers.
• Inspect, photograph and document all projects into Acculynx as required by our Production Team.
• Communicate with material runners to ensure all products are on-site in a timely manner.
• Assist in the coordination of permits, inspections by communicating job progress and completion.
• Rapidly addressing any problem repairs or issues from the initial build.
• Maintain a clean and orderly job site.
• Finalize a customer satisfaction form upon completion and get positive reviews online from customers.

Candidates MUST have the following: Roofing Journeyman experience

• Roofing Superintendent experience
• Valid Driver's License
• No violent felonies or predatory offenses
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred

Previous Experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,047.88 - $82,377.68 per year
