What You Will Do as a Commercial Supply Planning Analyst

This position is responsible for strategically anticipating and resolving short and long term matters relating to the production planning process for assigned commercial products. Additionally, this role will handle reporting main KPI for the growth of the brands.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Manages production planning for assignedcommercial products, planning group to anticipate production interruptions, monitor compliance with finish dates, and resolve issues to ensure service levels are maintained. This includes addressing both long term and short term issues.
  • Fulfills key role in new program roll-outs, product line reviews, and front-end (sales) meetings to gain understanding of service requirements and customer expectations and to strengthen connectivity.
  • Drives process improvements and helps develop best practices within the planning department.
  • Maintains connection with merchandising team to proactively gain knowledge of product life cycle and customer requirements to support business objectives.
  • Provides future supply projections and seeks improvements that supports the requirements of all customers and assists all related areas to ensure success.
  • Compile, Reconcile, and report KPI's for Image to support the S&OP Reviews and illuminate opportunities for improvement.
  • Work on management sponsored projects and/or strategic initiatives.

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor Degree in related field of study
  • 18 months + experience in planning is a plus
  • Microsoft office suite
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
