Job Description

Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Training and Communications Associate to join our Florida Operations team in our Kennedy Space Center, FL office.

Role description & Responsibilities:

The Training and Communications Associate develops and maintains training records, coordinates scheduling of training, and assists in preparing training sessions or programs. In addition, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to support communication processes, events, messaging, and collaboration at Kennedy Space Center under the direction of lead communication personnel. They will coordinate and operate still cameras to support a variety of requirements including manufacturing documentation and employee events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BA or BS degree

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in technical training

  • General knowledge and experience maintaining learning management systems

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in executing communication plans

  • Must be a US Citizen

Skills:

  • Comfortable presenting to large groups in forward facing assignments.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversite; flexible and adaptable to varying work scope and tasks.

  • Strives for excellence in accuracy and defect-free reports/deliverables.

  • Standard computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office and the Microsoft 365 environment

Education/Certifications:

  • BA or BS degree required.



Salary Range: $50,100 USD - $75,100 USD


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
