Our Team:
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Communications Agent to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Your Job:
Are you excited about delivering the best Rooms experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Communications Agent is a key player within our Reservations department assisting to field all incoming calls to the appropriate department within the hotel. The Agent will be responsible for providing top notch customer service over the phone. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Agents to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
About You:
- Knowledge of Opera preferred
- One to two years’ experience working in hospitality industry or customer service preferred
- Work authorization in the United States
