This marketing and design professional works daily on-site as an engaged member of the company's Marketing team to help us maximize our sales and marketing efforts throughout our footprint. This includes the following regular responsibilities:

• Messaging and content creation for campaigns
• Graphic design. Projects can include but are not limited to digital ads, digital and print newsletters, flyers, point-of-purchase displays, event and trade show displays, billboards, postcards, and more. Adobe expertise required.
• Internal company communications, such as company newsletter and manuals
• Email marketing. Familiarity with Emma Email Marketing software is a plus.
• Brand management for all Blossman Companies brands.

We seek someone creative, team-oriented, and committed to continuing education, as the marketing field is ever-evolving. An earned Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related Communications field is preferred. Our ideal candidates will possess at least 3 years of prior experience working professionally for a multi-location company. This position reports daily to our corporate office in Swannanoa.
