As an Community Builder & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will impact lives of senior adults through implementing and driving digital marketing strategies that promote the Buckner Retirement Services brands across social media, SEO and PPC. You will be responsible for ensuring excellence and that communication strategies deliver the required results aligned with Buckner's mission, vision, and values.

You will make a difference by:

  • Designs, builds and maintains Buckner Retirement Services social media presence.
  • Foster a sense of community around each BRS brand by actively engaging with the audience by responding to comments, questions and concerns with positive and solution oriented content.
  • Works in collaboration with external digital marketing partners to ensure cohesion between traditional marketing tactics and campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
  • Makes strategic recommendations on SEO, PPC and marketing automation campaigns based on current business needs.
  • Designs and executes weekly and monthly event email campaigns.
  • Originates creative, engaging, and optimized content that adheres to AP Style and brand guidelines.
  • Understands that excellent content is what connects an audience to our brand and is intuitive in testing and developing content marketing strategies to grow reach.
  • Discerns between value-added and extraneous content marketing tactics.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail to quickly proof content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, brand voice, and marketability.

As a Community Builder & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you must:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and other online tools such as Canva and Constant Contact.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Minimum 2-3 years prior, related experience in marketing communications required.
  • Having a friendly attitude and a servant's heart.
