Community Support Home Job at PRIDE Support and Services
Pride Supports & Services is actively seeking a Home Provider for a gentleman in his 50's with a traumatic brain injury in need of a quiet home in the Franklin County area.
Must be Wheelchair accessible home. Experience with Hoyer Lift, Catheters and Personal Care needs required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work as a member of a team, understand the uniqueness of community-based care, follow the individual rehabilitation program as designed by the team, maintain consumer confidentiality, submit required documentation in a timely manner, and exhibit positivity and compassion at all times. Experience working with traumatic brain injuries is preferred but not required. Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, have a registered and insured vehicle, and a clean and valid driver's license. Training, direct supervision, and a monthly stipend will be provided. Please include a resume with your reply.
