Do you wish to work for an organization that continues to strive for excellence? CHD is seeking an experienced compliance professional to serve as Compliance Manager. This person is a key team member in establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes and programs to conform with all licensure requirements, prevent violation of laws, rules, or regulations and design and deliver a risk management framework.

The Compliance Manager will:

• Take the lead in conducting an annual risk assessment from which you will develop and implement an Enterprise Risk Management Plan
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Quality and Compliance to compile the Enterprise Risk Management Plan and review annually or otherwise as needed
• Collaborate with the Information Technology (IT) department to develop data reporting mechanisms that may capture, monitor, analyze and report out on risk and licensing related metrics
• Identify trends and support the overall compliance function when risk issues are identified that could lead to a liability, loss of licensure or other significant risks for the organization
• Manage the review of all events reported through incident reporting mechanisms within CHD and generate regular trending reports
• Conduct incident investigations and sentinel reviews
• Provide education and training to enterprise staff on compliance risk related issues including compliance policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Public Health/Policy, Business, or related field and 2 years of experience in compliance and risk related areas
• Progressive experience in healthcare corporate compliance
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations
• Strong background in statistical techniques and analysis
• Experience supervising and providing education and mentorship to staff; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
