Compliance Programs Compliance Associate Job at Texas Staff HQ
Position will assist Director Compliance – Compliance Programs with management and execution of key compliance oversight activities. The Compliance Programs Compliance Associate will be responsible for the following under the direction of the Director Compliance – Compliance Programs:
- Assist training director with LMS system administration and follow up with compliance training inquiries.
- Assist policy manager with policy management system administration and follow up with policy inquiries.
- Assist COI manager with system administration and management of conflict of interest and exclusion screenings.
- Assist with administrative activities associated with Compliance Programs, including organization of data, preparation of agenda and presentation materials, preparation of minutes, and coordination of any follow-up arising from such meetings.
- Assist with conducting monitoring activities related to the compliance programs.
- Assist with preparation and oversight of the compliance programs initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
- 3 – 5 years of hospital or health care industry experience preferred.
- Self-starter initiative and positive attitude required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% required. Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
