We have opening for Compliance Specialist with the following job responsibilities. To be successful as a Compliance Specialist, you should be able to ensure that our operations comply with legal regulatory standards, procedures, and policies. Your duties will include documenting and evaluating compliance activities, delivering employee training on compliance matters, handling complaints, and liaising with government agencies.

1. Ensure the US compliance is align with the internal policy, ruling, guidelines and external laws & regulations;

2. Deal with US cargo claim-related affairs;

3. Conduct the research and investigating cases including looking into US laws, regulations, and legal articles

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related fields
• Considerable knowledge of the operation of state government, state and federal laws and regulations
• Ability to organize, plan, research, and analyze often complex legal issues and to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a Compliance-related or managed cargo-related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of compliance (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
