Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community inspired, passion-driven Part Time, team-oriented night Concierge with a can-do attitude!

The Concierge will work out of One East Harlem, our residential community located in Harlem, NY 10035 .
- This position will be working weekends only (Sat & Sun) from 8:00am-5:00pm
The success of the company is dependent upon the satisfaction of our residents. Our devoted staff maintains direct involvement in managing each of our properties and tending to their needs.
Summary:
Responsible for providing our residents with the information and resources necessary to have a meaningful living experience. The concierge is to be a welcoming and courteous representative of the property.
Responsibilities:
- Assist management office with administrative work.
- Answering phone calls
- Distributing mail and packages to residents
• • Ensuring resident needs and concerns are met; communicating any maintenance concerns to maintenance staff
- Welcoming all residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Coordinate special events or special projects as assigned
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma, G.E.D., and some college preferred
Experience: Two years’ experience in apartment industry preferred
Skills & Certifications:
- Residential Property Management experience preferred
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize
- Exceptional resident relations skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organized, detailed and thorough
- Computer literate – proficient in MS Office]
- Leadership skills
