Full Job Description
The upscale high rise building is located in the heart of downtown Dallas’ reemergence, the building benefits from a thriving urban center offering unparalleled access and amenities around the property drawing more entertainment and retail into the area.
- Opening doors for tenants and guests
- Formal wear uniform
- Greet Guest – stand and be a positive presence in the lobby.
- Be Welcoming – i.e., have a nice day or enjoy your evening.
- Responsible to learn tenant's names.
- Help with umbrella bags or guest/TT struggling with items.
- Help with tours of building / suites
- Perform patrols of building and make sure vacant suites are locked.
- Assist with events - setup, clean-up, and hosting.
- Clear off any homeless activity in front of the building.

Job Requirements Required:
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- Reliable transportation to be on-time
Preferred Work Experience:
- Previous work experience with the public in a service setting
- Previous security, military, correctional or police officer experience is preferred, but not required for most positions.
