Polished and Decorative Concrete (PDC) has been in business for more than 11 years and is continually growing. We are looking for a full-time employee to grow with us. We at PDC specialize in working in prominent retail and commercial locations performing full concrete restoration, polishing, and luxury vinyl tile.

Travel is required for this role.

Polished and Decorative Concrete Headquarters is located in Kansas City, KS 66112.

Responsibilities: You would assist the polishing crew in moving material, operating machinery to grind and polish floors, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.

Essential Functions:

* MUST be able to travel for 7-8 weeks at a time

* Pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs

* Ability to stand and walk for a full 10-12 hour day

* Able to work overnight

* Basic electric and mechanical skills are a plus

* Maintain all equipment up to standard

* Able to multi-task and make sound decisions quickly

* Good communication skills

* OSHA 10 card is a plus

Working conditions:

* Travel will be required

* When traveling accommodations are fully paid

* Always indoors and on concrete floors

* OSHA safety regulations are followed at every job site
