This job is based in Kerrville, TX
Compensation
1. Monitor and ensure all products meet and exceed Hill Country Concrete quality standards.
2. Actively work with team to find improvements.
3. Delegate/perform pre pour/ post pour inspections. Document and track results.
4. Delegate/preform daily aggregate and concrete testing. Document and track results.
5. This position is expected to be 40-50 hrs per week.
6. Work with Safety manager and Plant manager to improve efficiency, safety and quality.
7. Maintain an organized and clean office and lab.
Qualifications
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team will be necessary to excel in this department. This position will
also require NPCA / PCI and ACI certifications. Please apply for details. Some on the job certifications will be
