Configuration Specialist - This entry-level position works within the Information Systems team delivering financial technology to our customers, by extension their end customers and most importantly connecting systems reliably through configuration and performance management.
This position will have both in office and remote capabilities.
Within our Information System team we have an expert group of Infrastructure, Networking, Automation, and Administration roles that deliver Software-as-a-Service to financial institutions across the United States. - Serve as the primary point of contact to work on new integration product connections that require application configuration and tuning expertise, trouble shooting.
- Work closely with other infrastructure and networking to elevate knowledge levels on product functionality for purposes of monitoring and evaluating security, reliability and performance.
- Coordinate the testing phase of software releases. Schedule and coordinate the interdepartmental tasks required to create and maintain a multi-institutional testing environment. Develop and execute testing scripts that exercise the software prior to use by the customer base.
- Assist in the analysis and problem resolution of products, services, and infrastructure. Maintain/develop internal technical documentation that directly reflects actions taken to resolve issues.
- Manage the enhancement and/or development of new products and services, based on credit union requirements and the Enterprise’s business strategies.
Participate in the product selection and development process. Establish and maintain relationships with primary vendors and suppliers, ensuring that business needs and priorities are reflected in product development cycles.
