Summit Construction Group is looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to join our fast growing company as an Construction Coordinator ! You will aid the Senior Production Manager in the ordering, scheduling, and coordination of roofing production. You may be involved in siding and window jobs as well. We are looking for someone with experience in construction, and ideally roofing, siding, and window installation, ordering and scheduling. This position will be responsible mostly for office assistance and some on site visits with the Production Manager.

Primary Duties for Production Assistant:

• File Intake - Review all documents submitted for production
• Update Estimating and Production Pipelines
• Ordering and Scheduling material deliveries with suppliers
• Schedule Crews
• Send Build Letters to clients
• Review subcontractor invoices
• Intake QC issues and delegate them
• Communicate schedules and job intricacies to sales reps.
• Review subcontractor invoices
• Register Material Warranties

This position plays a pivotal role in roofing production and is done primarily in the office. Some site visits may be necessary for complicated builds You will work closely with the Senior production manager to ensure all facets of roofing production are in the right place at the right time. This job requires a very high attention to detail. An ideal candidate needs to be organized, think on their feet, detail oriented and have strong interpersonal skills. If a candidate does not have prior experience, we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone we can hire and bring aboard for the long term that will eventually be able to independently manage roofing, siding or window production in the future.

Compensation:

· $55K-$70K. Pay is negotiable based on knowledge and experience
