Job Title: Production Manager

Overview: Waterfront Property Management and Builders, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our QuickBooks online and CRM program (Job Nimbus or Salesforce). As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business and will be responsible for maximizing the potential of these systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain QuickBooks online and CRM program (Job Nimbus or Salesforce).
• Ensure the proper use and implementation of these systems throughout the company.
• Ensure that these systems are fully integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency and performance.
• Provide training and support to staff members on the use of these systems.
• Develop and implement procedures and processes to improve the use and performance of these systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and updates in QuickBooks online and CRM technology.
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems with these systems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments and staff members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of these systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a related field.
• Expert knowledge and experience with QuickBooks online and CRM program (Job Nimbus or Salesforce).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
