Construction Laborer Job at Evans Grader & Paving
LABORER- Evans Grader & Paving is a growing Utah Valley construction company seeking general laborers. This role will assist foreman and operators in construction tasks including but not limited to asphalt work, shoveling, laying and setting pipe, fueling, greasing, and maintaining construction equipment in a safe, productive, and efficient manner. Some small equipment operating will be required. Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans. We offer full-time and steady employment with overtime. Hourly rate depending on experience.
Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Verbal and written skills required.
Some computer skills are required to turn in timecards and other paperwork. (Will train)
Ability to stay on task, remain alert and follow schedules.
Working knowledge of construction / paving equipment preferred.
Ability to pass drug test screening and standard background check.
An employee must comply with state and federal health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures.
Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
High School Diploma.

Starting salary depends on skills and experience. Benefits begin after 60 days, with evaluations every 6 months.
