Affinity Integrated Solutions is looking for a low voltage construction technician for our builder division which is rapidly expanding. Join our Team today! We provide our construction technicians with the latest systems integration training, administrative support and periodical training on new advances in the field. Our technicians deliver great customer service while also delivering the best of structured wiring capabilities to our residential customers.

What is the career like as a Low Voltage Technician at AIS?

• Meet and work with Field Managers on new construction homes
• Perform service orders on current client systems
• Provide demonstrations for new audio and smart home customers
• Diagnostics and programming audio, smart home systems
• Install and troubleshoot Cat6 and RG6 wiring
• Complete inventory checks
• Complete electronic service records

Minimal qualifications include:

• Running/usage of power tools
• Must be able to perform duties off ladders
• Must provide transportation to the office
• Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check and drug test
• Must be willing to be cross trained in all areas of low voltage including but not limited to pulling wire, terminating wire, installing audio home theater systems, installing distribution audio systems, central vacuum systems, mounting TV's, and Security Integration systems.
• Comfortable with working in new construction, customer’s homes, and businesses including but not limited to crawl spaces and attics in alternating weather conditions
• Responsibility in maintaining company property and inventory accuracy
• Punctuality for appointments scheduled
• Comfortable with traveling to appointments within a 75-mile radius
