Consumer Processing Supervisor - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)
SUMMARY:
  • Responsible for managing daily activities of the Processing Team.
  • Provides subject matter expertise and training to the team as needed.
  • Evaluates loan funding packages for accuracy and regularly evaluates workflow to drive efficiency and enhance the member closing experience.
  • Ensures the Processing Team maintains professional relationships with team members and dealer partners.
  • Develops and oversees training of the Processors.
  • Attends and participates in meetings as assigned.
  • Keeps management well informed of activities and any significant problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: A high school degree or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Thorough knowledge of Credit Union loan products and applicable policies and standards. Understanding of government regulations and legal requirements involving lending and related
functions. Familiarity with loan promotions and marketing practices.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three to five of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

  • Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Good interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Must be highly detailed.
