    POSITION SUMMARY

    • The Content Management Specialist is an essential role within the SolutionHealth Office of Strategic Communications to help advance the strategic communication plans for SolutionHealth, a NH-based integrated healthcare organization comprised of two acute care hospitals, multiple outpatient centers, programs and services, 7,000+ employees, and 1,000+ providers.

      Reporting to the Director of Public Relations and Communications, the Content Management Specialist will plan, develop, and execute strategic content that supports the business objectives of SolutionHealth and its member organizations, including but not limited to, its founding members, Elliot Health System and Southern New Hampshire Health.

      The Content Management Specialist will be responsible for writing, editing and overseeing the publication of content for multiple channels; ideation and creation of new content; analyzation of related data and providing reports and recommendations to optimize content performance; and ensure quality and consistency over time.

  • PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • With guidance from the Director of Public Relations and Communications,

      • Writes content and develops strong narratives, announcements, and campaigns that support overarching communications strategy, illustrating the value of our organizations missions, people and services.
      • Partners with other members of the Office of Strategic Communications and system leadership to assist with distribution, optimization and tracking for all content types, including videos, audio, presentations, infographics, articles, publications, blogs, press releases, newsletters, social posts, emails, collateral, case examples, stories and more.
      • Interviews relevant employees, providers, partners or patients to build stories to showcase the organizations compelling work.
      • Assures audience-specific messaging, relevant to respective journeys, designed to meet the needs and expectations of each audience and is delivered in the appropriate channels at the right time.
      • Coordinates the development and execution of an editorial calendar finding ways to share content across audiences and product lines, for paid and earned media opportunities.
      • Uses timely and meaningful content, partnering with marketing colleagues to grow engagement.
      • Monitors and optimizes system entities brand integrity through monitoring media mentions, reviews and patient feedback, and coordinating with leadership and staff to ensure responsiveness to feedback and engaging in opportunities for service recovery.
      • Under the guidance of the Director of Public Relations and Communications, establishes and monitors analytics reporting and KPIs to measure effectiveness of content and success metrics for public relations and engagement activities.
      • Responsible for the coordination of social media platforms and participation in developing strategies for SolutionHealth and its member organizations as needed, writing and developing organic content to leverage appropriate opportunities for the promotion of activities and news and opportunities for cross-promotion across the system.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education:
      • Minimally Required:
        • Bachelor s degree
    • Experience:
      • Minimally Required:
        • 3-5 years working in public relations, marketing, or communications developing content for varied audiences and channels
      • Preferred:
        • Healthcare industry experience preferred
    • Knowledge:
      • Minimally Required:
        • Public relations/communications strategies Social media. Healthcare industry knowledge.
    • Skills:
      • Minimally Required:
        • Microsoft Office suite proficient; social media platforms; Wordpress or website platforms or CMS.
    • Abilities:
      • Minimally Required:
        • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills. Outstanding organizational and time management skills Aptitude in presentation and public speaking. Attention to details Critical thinker and analytical problem solver.
