Role and Responsibility
- Analyzes customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Develops social media campaigns
- Defines KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
- Updates social media content across all channels
- Engages with customers and followers
- Uses social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite
- Monitors campaigns and analyzes data obtained
- Monitors SEO and web traffic metrics
- Establishes relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Develops content or get it done by content developers
- Keeps an eye on social media trends
- Communicates effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a social media manager or a similar role for 3-5 years
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Craft engaging content
- Organized and able to multitask
