As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos and text-based content, as well as, investigating, escalating and resolving issues that are reported by users and flagged by the system. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our client, while making a larger impact on society.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Serve as an advocate for the user community

  • Investigate issues regarding content that is reported for account support, safety flag issues for action and resolve within agreed upon turnaround times and standards of quality

  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy

  • Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements

  • Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels

  • Review, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content

  • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines

  • Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team


*** Please note that this role requires flexibility with schedules. Interested candidates must be able to work holidays and weekends, including rotating shifts.


Content moderation is meaningful work that may be challenging at times. In the context of this role, individuals may directly or inadvertently be exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content and will need strong resilience and coping skills. Due to the nature of the role, the user may be frequently exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns


Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Haitian

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a professional or military setting

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience with software for office productivity, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Active Social Media presence

  • Experience with confidential information collection and management

Professional Skills:

  • Sound coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills

  • Excellent comprehension, communication, and Haitian skills

  • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams

  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $42,700 - $68,100

Colorado: $42,700 - $58,900
New York City: $49,400 - $68,100
Washington: $45,400 - $62,700
