Responsibilities
- Run primary research (surveys) to measure perceptions and attitudes of content and talent.
- Own the content research roadmap, creating and sharing insights on consumer attitudes, post-premiere viewer feedback, and series maintenance
- Uncover audience insights that can guide content strategy
- Foster a strong partnership with content execs and marketing so that insights are welcomed into the process.
- Work cross-functionally with content, analytics, and marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years experience, mix of direct content research experience at streamer, studio, agency, or network and other relevant survey research experience.
- Ability to fully own end-to-end primary research both internally and through vendor partnership
- Proven track record of insights driving business outcomes
- Expertise in survey metrics specific to content research.
- Passion for entertainment and content.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, driving structure where required.
- Confident stakeholder manager who is comfortable working at varying levels of senior leadership. Preferred Experience
- Working at a data driven organization
- Utilizing dashboard to generate insights
- Hands-on survey experience with writing, programming, and fielding
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
