Contingent Worker - Timekeeper Job at Indorama Ventures
Job Description:
Indorama Ventures is looking for a Timekeeper to join our Integrated Oxides and Derivatives team located in Port Neches, Texas. This is a temporary role with expected duration of 3-4 months. Reporting to Corporate Payroll Manager with dotted line to Payroll Analyst-Port Neches.
What will be expected of you?
- Ensure that all HR Operations processes meet departmental and organizational goals in accordance with all federal guidelines and regulations.
- Under direct supervision, coordination of time entries such as missing punches, accrual entries and special pays.
- Audit, review, and reconcile timesheet reports.
- Prepare employee-facing communication materials including time / open enrollment communications, manager and employee level training, etc.
- Maintain active and appropriate communication with facility and regional management, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders as needed.
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
- Minimum of one year’s professional timekeeping experience with focus on ADP Payroll.
- ADP Workforce Now experience with Time and Attendance.
- Union experience a PLUS.
- Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office products required, including intermediate or higher Excel, Word, & Power Point.
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs desired.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player when necessary.
- High degree of professionalism.
