We are currently seeking a Corporate Controller who will oversee the financial accounting operations and reporting for HSMC and its client companies. They will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial results to the executive and leadership teams and provide support in the forecasting and planning process.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the accounting, accounts payable and procurement functions
• Ability to manage strict monthly close process for multiple entities
• Preparation of monthly financial statements and quarterly correspondence to Board of Directors
• Review of budgets, cash flow projections, productivity and other financial analysis
• Review of annual contracts and budgets preparation as required by funding agencies
• Develop banking relationships and secure credit necessary to meet cash flows and capitalization needs of HSMC and client corporations
• Coordinate Annual Audits for all clients companies and review annual Uniform Financial Reports
• Cost analysis and control in all areas of purchasing
• Timely filing of all tax requirements, including the Form 990, pc report, annual reports, etc.
• Work closely with CEO to provide financial guidance and expertise to Executive Leadership teams across all client companies

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum of 7 years of increasing leadership experience in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with NetSuite experience highly desired
• Experience with Non-profit organizations and/or healthcare entities preferred
• Audit preparation and management experience required
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while simultaneously meeting all goals and deadlines
• A problem solver with a passion and curiosity to improve processes and build a high performing accounting team
