You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Directing and overseeing financial accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing and payroll processing, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of clinic financial information.
• Monitoring accounting systems, accounts, and general ledgers.
• Reviewing financial reporting for monthly financials and year-end financials.
• Overseeing and coordinating tax planning and special projects with outside accounting firms.
• Managing communications with external auditors.
• Safeguarding company assets through proper reviews and controls.
• Ensuring proper accounting controls are in place and develops appropriate protocols and procedures, instructions, controls, records, and reports.
• Developing best practices and ensuring monthly and year-end financial closes are completed accurately.
• Ensuring compliance with all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles, the Financial Accounting Standards Board, IRS regulations, and state and local laws.

You Have:

• A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; Master of Business Administration is preferred
• At least five years’ experience in accounting and/or financial management experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare preferred
