The Prep Cook will be responsible for the preparation of all ingredients needed for our main courses and daily specials, so we require a hardworking and attentive individual with strong customer service skills. We're looking for candidates who have experience working in a fast-paced environment and who enjoy working collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food in a timely manner.
- Have knowledge of Thai cooking techniques.
- Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.
- Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
