Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing Solutions

Pay Rate: $24.04/hour

The Coordinator, Marketing Solutions, Global Partnerships will be responsible for providing administrative and Marketing Solutions support for the Global Partnerships department.

Job Functions:

• Assist with Marketing Solutions sales presentation development
• Maintain Partnerships pipeline and CRM system management
• Conduct prospecting and category research
• Participate in crafting unique sales strategies, ideas and programs for revenue generation
• Support Marketing Solutions Global Partnerships department by tracking job request, inventory, valuation, etc.
• Enter data for sales and revenue reports, departmental financial reports and more
• Coordinate weekly department meeting agendas, note taking, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Sports Management or a related field
• Proven understanding of principles and practices of basic office management and standard office equipment
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in fast paced environment with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy; think quickly and independently
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed
• Retain confidentiality of sponsor information with sensitivity and discretion
• Possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn sports partnerships business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
