General Summary

The Service Delivery Coordinator is the link between engineering and contract administration. This position serves as the main point of contact for circuits/transport contracts company wide. The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing lease agreements and amendments, tracking cost saving opportunities, monitoring, and auditing vendor performance, maintaining, and updating contract database for payment accuracy, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract responsibilities are executed in a timely manner. A successful candidate will perform with a sincere sense of urgency.=

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Serves as the main point of contact for circuits company wide.
  • Abstracts and manages all circuit contracts. Collaborates with internal stakeholders on new circuits, contract renewals, and terminations.
  • Prepares accurate and detailed schedule of contract commitment for preparation of budget.
  • Assists in verifying payments are made in accordance with current contracts.
  • Prepares, documents, and manages notices of termination, SLAs and outages, disputes, etc.
  • Owns and is a subject matter expert on the contract database.
  • Develops and distributes required reports to monitor reliability, diversity, contract provisions and timelines for review monthly.
  • Maximizes company value by effectively auditing vendors’ performance on pricing and obligations to establish internal vendor rating.
  • Establishes long term business relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Performs in a cross-functional environment.
  • Adapts to new and changing software systems and internal processes.
  • Works on regularly scheduled days as well as unscheduled days and/or beyond regular work hours due to customer or operational demands, as needed.
  • Adheres to all Company standard procedures, policies and safety practices in the course of performing work activities.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; three (3) years’ experience in contract negotiations, contract administration, legal and financial aspects of procurement, basic understanding of the telecommunications industry.
  • Ability to analyze and define problems, prioritize workflow, multitask, meet deadlines, and remain flexible.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving projects by actively following up and spearheading deal through completion.
  • Understand business implications of decisions; display orientation to profitability; demonstrate knowledge of market and competition that align with strategic goals.
  • Positive leadership skills, articulate, persuasive and able to effectively collaborate with tower hosts and internal resources.
  • Customer service oriented with passion for high customer satisfaction and achieving operational excellence.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other job-related software.
  • Experience in Lease Query, Sugar CRM, Wrike a plus. Otherwise, show a demonstrated knowledge of Project Management, data input and analysis, information organization, and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

  • Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Working conditions may include being in an open (shared) cubicle/workspace area.
