What you will do

Phase and Continuous Execution

  • Set financial continuous improvement targets in collaboration with CLW business leaders and track actuals performance against targets
  • Train business and finance teams on CTT financial valuation, business case creation, and actuals/KPI tracking
  • Ensure a standardized approach to the valuation across CLW and adjust valuations accordingly in response to external and internal changes in the business
  • Present CTT performance actuals and forecasts to diverse audiences in the company, including Senior Leadership Team and Monthly Business Review attendees
  • Partner with Capital Engineering and Technology Operational Excellence teams to ensure a consistent approach to projects across CLW

Organizational Leadership and Development

  • Coach CTT, OpEx, mill, and functional teams on financial analysis and related problem-solving methodologies
  • Communicate the financial performance of the Transformation as well as potential risks and opportunities
  • Drive a standardized approach to continuous improvement throughout the company
  • Support the ideation and progression of a 3 to 5-year transformation and strategic capital plan for the company

Change Management and Communication

  • Support development, execution, and implementation of MCO projects incorporating stakeholder identification, alignment, and engagement
  • Develop change management and communication plans to support the execution of MCO’s in partnership with CTT Lead and Workstream Sponsors
  • Define and include all key stakeholders in the evolution and ownership of the financial planning and tracking process

What you will need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business required
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) preferred.
  • 5+ years experience managing financial budgets- delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Experience in bridging relationships between manufacturing operations and commercial markets to drive business results and operations improvements
  • Depth and breadth in developing financial modeling and analysis
  • Strong understanding of P&L, change management, and written and verbal communication
  • Navigating financial reporting within ERPs – preferable JDEdwards
  • Office environment; with limited exposure to manufacturing production mill environment—hot, dusty, humid, noisy, various environmental exposures
  • Some eye fatigue due to computer use and sitting for extended periods of time
  • Up to 33% of domestic travel

Total Reward Details

We’re committed to providing an exceptional workplace experience, including a comprehensive total reward package. The base salary range for the position is $121,500 - $182,500 and is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience among other factors. Benefits are generally available after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, employee assistance program, and a 401k plan. Starting paid time off includes 15 vacation days, 5 floating holidays, and 9 company holidays per full year.
