We are seeking a versatile Accountant to join our team

About the role:

This role will play an integral part in Super’s success as we rapidly scale and disrupt a $100+ billion market, as part of an astute and analytical finance team. This position reports to the Sr. Manager (Corporate Accounting l FP&A) and oversees accounting, financial reporting, close, AP, and AR to meet operational, reporting, and audit requirements as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-close process. Handle core accounting activities. Book month-end close entries. Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and analyses
• Manage day to day technical accounting function, including accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Cross-train on payroll, revenue recognition
• Support the annual audit
• Prepare reports for tax filings
• Assist in establishing and maintaining internal control

Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of public OR private company accounting work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• NetSuite experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• CPA preferred.
